Evaluation

Duration- 2 -2.5 hours.

Evaluation and screening are conducted using strength based approach which includes, family, case history, Oral Mechanism Exam, interview, observation, language sample, informal assessment and formal assessment.

The evaluation is conducted with care and a intervention plan is created to plan and therapy session goals.

30 mins discussion is included to go over evaluation and care plan.
